Sinopsis

Sonic The Hedgehog bercerita tentang Sonic, karakter berbentuk landak biru. Dia memiliki kemampuan berlari dan melakukan gerakan yang sangat cepat. Dia bisa menghindari berbagai peluru dan bom dengan kemampuannya. Saat Sonic sedang berlatih berlari, listrik sebagian negara padam. Hal tersebut membuat pimpinan militer harus turun tangan dan mencari penyebabnya. Pimpinan militer memerintahkan Dr. Robotnik (Jim Carrey) sebagai orang yang bertanggungjawab dalam proyek ini.

Dalam proses pencariannya, Dr. Robotnik mengetahui bahwa pelaku yang membuat listrik padam adalah Sonic. Dia berencana menangkap Sonic untuk mengambil kekuatannya dan ingin menguasai dunia. Dalam masa pengejaran, Sonic bertemu dengan Tom Wachowski (James Marsden), pria yang akan menjadi sahabatnya kemudian. Sonic dan Tom harus menghindari pengejaran dari Dr. Robotnik. “Singkatnya, aku datang untuk menyelamatkan Bumi,” kata Sonic saat ditanya Tom. Ben Schwartz merupakan pengisi suara untuk Sonic. Selain James Marsden dan Jim Carrey, pemain lain yang ikut bergabung yaitu Tika Sumpter, Natasha Rothwell, Neal McDonough dan Adam Pally.

Synopsis:

Sonic The Hedgehog tells the story of Sonic, the blue hedgehog-shaped character. He has the ability to run and move very fast. He can avoid various bullets and bombs with his ability. When Sonic was practicing running, the electricity in parts of the country went out. This makes the military leadership must intervene and look for the cause. The military leadership ordered Dr. Robotnik (Jim Carrey) as the person responsible for this project. In the process of searching, Dr. Robotnik knows that the one who made the electricity go out was Sonic. He plans to capture Sonic to take his power and want to rule the world. During the chase, Sonic meets Tom Wachowski (James Marsden), a man who will become his best friend later. Sonic and Tom must avoid the pursuit of Dr. Robotnik. "In short, I came to save the Earth," Sonic said when asked Tom. Ben Schwartz is the voice actor for Sonic. In addition to James Marsden and Jim Carrey, other players who joined were Tika Sumpter, Natasha Rothwell, Neal McDonough and Adam Pally.
